Back safe from trip, So far Sunday, Monday and Tuesday and now Wednesday have been updated.  If you already looked there you might have to hit refresh, if they still look like they haven't been updated. Check back for the rest of the pages to be updated with more pictures and details!

Sunrise over Lake Seneca Thursday, the last day August 18th, from our hotel.  Why couldn't I sleep, what was I doing up?  Read the stories to find out.

Here is the Map of what we hope to do.

On Monday morning, August 15th, bright and early, John and Rita will be taking another bike journey, this time through the Finger Lake Region.  While the mileage will not be as much as the 2003 trip, it will be more challenging in that there are many more mountains to climb.  Check back for daily updates on their progress.

Day 1 is from Ithaca to Seneca Falls  45 miles

Day 2 is from Seneca Falls to Penn Yan 35 Miles

Day 3 Penn Yan to Watkins Glen 35 Miles

Day 4 Watkins Glen to Ithaca 35 Miles
